Abstract

The Influence of Corporate Culture and Interpersonal Communication towards Patzy Pet Shop Employee Loyalty in the Madiun Residency. The aim of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Corporate Culture and Interpersonal Communication on Patzy Pet Shop Employee Loyalty in the Madiun Residency. The research sample was 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was nonprobability sampling, the sampling used in this study was saturated sampling (census). The research method used was quantitative descriptive analysis through the use of the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with the support of the SmartPLS version 4.1.0.4 program. The results of the path coefficient of the corporate culture variable (X1) on employee loyalty (Y) showed T statistic value of 3.404 is more than or equal to 1.96 (4.329 ≥ 1.96) and P value of 0.001, this value is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The conclusion taken is Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It means that the corporate culture variable has a significant effect towards employee loyalty from Patzy Pet Shop employees. The path coefficient results of the interpersonal communication variable (X2) towards employee loyalty (Y) show T statistic value of 6.565 is more than or equal to 1.96 (4.329 ≥ 1.96) and P value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The conclusion is that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It means that the interpersonal communication variable has a significant effect towards employee loyalty from Patzy Pet Shop employees.
