Abstract
This research aims to empirically prove the influence of organizational culture and career path on employee morale at Lawu Plaza Madiun. The research method is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample was 115 Lawu Plaza Madiun employees. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that, partially and simultaneously, the organizational culture variable (X1) and the career path variable (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee morale at Lawu Plaza Madiun. This shows that the better the organizational culture and career path, the employee morale at Lawu Plaza Madiun will also increase.
