Abstract

Digital transformation encourages companies to maximize intellectual capital management and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) to increase firm value. This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital and CSR towards firm value, with digital transformation as an intervening variable. This quantitative study used secondary data obtained from the annual and sustainability reports of 30 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period. Data collection used documentation, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 through path analysis. The results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect towards firm value, while CSR has a negative effect. Indirectly, intellectual capital and CSR have a positive effect towards firm value through digital transformation as an intervening variable.
