Abstract

The Influence of Work Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Madiun City Land Office. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Madiun City Land Office. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. This is a quantitative study with a total sample of 68 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling (census). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study are as follows: Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Madiun City Land Office. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Madiun City Land Office. Work Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Madiun City Land Office. With good work culture and high work motivation, employees can work more disciplined, responsible, and optimal in supporting the improvement of land service quality to the community.
