Abstract

Koko Gunarto 2024, Development of Modular-Based Interactive Media to Strengthen Integrated Character Education in Indonesian Language Subjects for Class V Elementary School. Thesis. Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, FKIP, PGRI MADIUN UNIVERSITY. Supervisor(Ⅰ) Dr. Cerianing Putri Pratiwi, M.Pd., (Ⅱ) Dr. Endang Sri Maruti, M.Pd. This research aims to develop Kodular interactive media to strengthen integrated character education in class V Indonesian language subjects at SDN 01 Demangan as one of the interactive learning media. This research is research that uses development research or R&D using the 5 stage ADDIE model. The results of the research show that: (1) the teaching conditions at SDN 01 Demangan, which currently use a lecture approach with storybooks, have created student disinterest and passivity. (2) The need for Kodular interactive media is very important to involve students and apply character values effectively, even though there are challenges such as limited teacher skills and limited time. (3) Prototype development using codular interactive media is suitable for improving character education in class V Indonesian language subjects. Before being tested on students, a validation test was carried out on two experts, namely media expert validation and material expert validation, from media expert Vivi Rulviana, M.Pd got a percentage score of 93%, which is included in the very valid criteria, then validation by material experts by Dr. Heny Kusuma Widyaningrum, M.Pd obtained a percentage score of 83%, including very valid criteria after a feasibility test was carried out by experts, then the media was revised according to expert advice, then the media was tested or field tested on students at SDN 01 Demangan class V with a total of 14 students got a percentage score of 89%, which is included in the very valid criteria, from the results of the teacher's response, they got a percentage score of 83%, which is included in the very valid criteria. From these results, Kodular interactive media for strengthening character education is integrated in Indonesian language subjects for class V elementary school. 01 Demangan is very suitable to use.
