Abstract
The change in curriculum in Indonesia emphasizes students to give more meaning to learning. As an educator, in delivering material, it is necessary to choose a learning model that is appropriate to the student's condition so that they are interested in participating in learning. The learning model that is suitable for meaningful learning is the Project Based Learning model, with the Project Based Learning learning model can teach students how to solve problems, where the learning can be easily accepted by students, because students find the concept themselves and know the principles through complex activities by producing real products at the end of learning. This study uses a qualitative research method, the type of research used is a case study, which is a type of research that examines in depth an event or activity of an individual, group, organization, and so on. The purpose of this study is to describe teacher skills in implementing Project Based Learning in Indonesian language learning at the end of phase A. The results of this study include teacher skills in implementing Project Based Learning including; problem recognition (questions), designing project planning, preparing project schedules, project implementation and monitoring, testing results, evaluation and reflection have been carried out by teachers well.
