Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Javanese Twin Script Method assisted by Javanese Script Card Media on Javanese Script Writing Skills of fourth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeripada in class IV C and IV F with each class totalling 24 students. This study used a quantitative method of quasi experiment type. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted to 146 students with a sample size of 48 students, namely classes IV C and IV F. Data collection using observation sheets of writing skills of classes IV C and IV F. Based on data analysis conducted on the independent variable (X) has an influence on the dependent variable (Y). The results of statistical tests can be known sig value of 0.00 <0.05 then the results of the decision H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that the method of twin Javanese script assisted by Javanese script card media is effective on the writing skills of Javanese script students in class IV madrasah ibtidaiyah negeri.
