Abstract

Human resources (HR) are one of the most important assets in a company. This research was carried out by CV. Matahari Pink Inspiration Madiun. With the title The Influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction, Case Study on CV. Matahari Pink Inspiration Madiun. This research uses primary data, namely questionnaires distributed to respondents. The number of samples in this study was 73 respondents. This research uses SPSS Version 21. The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at CV. Matahari Pink Inspiration Madiun with a value of (0.000) < 0.05 so H1 is accepted. Matahari Pink Inspiration Madiun, positive and significant influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Matahari Pink Inspiration Madiun with a value of (0.000) < 0.05 so that H2 is accepted, positive influence and work environment on employee job satisfaction at CV. Matahari Pink Inspiration Madiun with a value of (0.014) < 0.05 so H1 is accepted. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Compensation, Environment
