Abstract
The Influence of Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Development Career towards Job Satisfaction (Case Study at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani “Mekaar” Madiun Branch Office) This research aimed to "The Influence of Organizational Culture, Compensation and Career Development on Job Satisfaction (Case Study at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani “Mekaar” Madiun Branch Office)". The data source in this research was obtained by conducting direct observations at PT. PNM "Mekaar" Madiun Branch Office. Collecting data was done by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The type of research was descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample results were 57 employees in the account officer section. The data analysis technique used test equipment in the form of software. The method in this research used a quantitative approach using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. SPSS is software that functions to analyze data, carry out statistical calculations for both parametric and non-parametric statistics on a Windows basis. The results of this research show that organizational culture, compensation and career development have a significant effect towardsa employee job satisfaction at PT. PNM "Mekaar" Madiun Branch Office. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation, Career Development
