Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of recruitment, retention, and compensation towards employee performance at PT. Latuindo Murni Perkasa. In a competitive business environment, organizations must be able to attract, retain, and provide appropriate compensation to their employees to ensure optimal performance. The sample in this study was 105 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique using saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of this study are that recruitment, retention, and compensation have a positive and significant effect towards employee performance. Overall, this study confirms the importance of effective recruitment, retention, and compensation strategies in improving employee performance and, in turn, overall organizational performance.
