Abstract
This study examines the influence of job satisfaction, teamwork, and employee engagement as independent variables on organizational commitment as a dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence on the influence of job satisfaction, teamwork, and employee engagement on organizational commitment at PT Lamda Utama Konsult Kota Madiun. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The study used a questionnaire model with 63 employees as respondents distributed via Google Form. Data processing using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research on employees of PT Lamda Utama Konsult Kota Madiun, it can be concluded that partially job satisfaction, teamwork, and employee engagement have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment on employees of PT Lamda Utama Konsult Kota Madiun.
