Abstract

The aim of this study was to provide partial empirical evidence between the influence of psychological capital, work discipline and work involvement towards job satisfaction of Perumda Air Minum, Kabupaten Ngawi employees. The data source used was primary data, data obtained from data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 237 respondents from 265 populations. The method used was a quantitative approach using structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 4.0. The results of the study indicate that psychological capital, work discipline, and work involvement have a positive effect towards job satisfaction of Perumda Air Minum, Kabupaten Ngawi employees.
