Abstract

The aim of this study was to provide an influence on the Physical Work Environment towards Employee Performance through Work Motivation at the Manpower Office, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Madiun City. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling where the sample was the entire population of employees from the Manpower Office, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Madiun City with a total sample of 67 employees at the Manpower Office, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Madiun City. This study was a study with a quantitative approach using data analysis techniques in the form of Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Research Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Hypothesis Testing processed using SPSS software version 25 and Sobel Test. The results of this study prove: (1) Physical Work Environment affects Employee Performance at the Manpower Office, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Madiun City; (2) Physical Work Environment affects Employee Work Motivation at the Manpower Office, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Madiun City; (3) Work Motivation affects Employee Performance at the Manpower Office, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Madiun City; (4) Physical Work Environment affects Employee Performance through Work Motivation at the Manpower Office, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Madiun City.
