Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) learning model which supports the Let’s Read aplication on reading comprehension skills. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative with experimental methods. This research was carried out at MIN 02 Madiun City. The population used was all MIN 02 Madiun City students from class IV A to class IV F with a total of 197. The sampling technique used was random sampling so that class IV E was obtained as the control class and class IV F as the experimental class. Data was collected using pretest and postest. The results of this research obtained t count > t table of 6.195 > 1.997. So it is concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is reiected. So a hypothetical decision is produced, namely that there is an influence of the CIRC model which helps the Let’s Read application on reading comprehension abilities.
