Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Role Playing Method assisted by Role Card Media on Speaking Skills Krama Inggil in Javanese Language Learning for Grade IV Students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri in class IV E and IV C with each class totalling 24 students. This research uses a quantitative method of quasi experiment type. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted to 146 students with a sample size of 48 students, namely class IV E and IV C. Data collection using observation sheets of speaking skills krama inggil class IV E and IV C. Based on data analysis conducted on the independent variable (X) has an influence on the dependent variable (Y). The results of the statistical test can be known sig value 0.00 <0.05 then the result of the decision H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that the Role Playing method assisted by role card media is effective on Speaking Skills Krama Ingil in Javanese Language Learning Class IV Students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri.
