Abstract

The aim of the research is empirical evidence regarding the influence of the Work Environment and Self-Confidence on Work Morale among Coffee Shop Employees in Madiun City. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population of this research is 285 Coffee Shop employees in Madiun City. The data collection technique for this research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a sampling method using purposive sampling and a research sample of 146 samples was obtained. The data analysis method for this research uses the SPSS 25 program. Data analysis was carried out using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test and T Test. The results of this research prove that 1) The Work Environment influences the Work Spirit of Madiun City Coffee Shop Employees. 2) Self-confidence influences the work morale of coffee shop employees in Madiun City. 3) Work Environment and Self-Confidence both influence the Work Spirit of Coffee Shop Employees in Madiun City.
