Abstract
ABSTRACT Adira Galih Narendra PS, 2024. Work Facilities and Work Environment and Their Impact on Employee Loyalty at PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun. Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI University Madiun. Supervisor I: Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S.E., M.M. Supervisor II: Metik Asmike, S.E., M.M. The pre-observation results at PG Rejo Agung Baru found the phenomenon that the work facilities and work environment available in the company were considered very inadequate. Although the work facilities and work environment conditions in this company are still inadequate, the level of employee loyalty remains high. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence both partially and simultaneously between the influence of work facilities and the work environment on employee loyalty at PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling due to the limitation of management permission which allowed three divisions (Finance, HR and Warehousing) in PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun. Data collection using questionnaires distributed directly to company employees, then measured using a Likert scale. The analysis was conducted using SPSS 22 and SmartPLS 4.0 software to verify the construct validity and reliability of the measurement model. Work facilities have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty at PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun. The work environment has a positive effect on employee loyalty at PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun, although the effect is not significant. Work Facility (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables simultaneously affect employee loyalty (Y) at PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun, with significant simultaneous test results.
