The Effect of Work Environment and Principal's Leadership Style on the Creativity of Grade V Teachers in Teaching Indonesian Language at Public Elementary Schools in Kecamatan Parang, Kabupaten Magetan. Supervisor II: Dr. Dwi Rohman Soleh,M.Pd. Keywords: work environment, leadership style, teacher creativity This research is motivated by the importance of teacher creativity in Indonesian language learning to create innovative and meaningful learning experiences, yet the creativity of grade V teachers still varies and is presumably influenced by the work environment and the principal's leadership style. The objective is to examine the effect of work environment and principal's leadership style, both partially and simultaneously, on teacher creativity. This study employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method. The subjects were grade V teachers at public elementary schools in Kecamatan Parang. Data were collected through questionnaires on work environment, leadership style, and teacher creativity, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that: (1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher creativity; (2) principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher creativity; and (3) work environment and principal's leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher creativity. In conclusion, improving the quality of the work environment and supportive leadership together can enhance teacher creativity in teaching Indonesian language. Therefore, it is recommended that principals create a conducive work climate and apply inspirational leadership.
