Abstract

The implementation of digital archival information systems is an essential effort to improve efficiency and effectiveness in government administration. The SRIKANDI website (Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System), developed by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), has been implemented at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Magetan Regency to support electronic archival and correspondence management. The success of this system implementation is strongly influenced by the level of user satisfaction and system usability. This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction and the usability level of the SRIKANDI website using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to users of the SRIKANDI website at the DPRD of Magetan Regency. The EUCS method focuses on two dimensions, namely content and format, while the SUS method is used to measure overall system usability. The collected data were analyzed through validity and reliability testing, as well as EUCS and SUS score calculations using SPSS software. The results indicate that user satisfaction with the SRIKANDI website is categorized as good; however, several aspects still require improvement, particularly in content quality and interface design. Meanwhile, the SUS results show that the system usability falls into the fairly good category. This study is expected to provide evaluation insights and recommendations for the development of the SRIKANDI website to enhance the quality of digital archival services in government institutions.
