Abstract

Futsal is a game that encompasses the physical, technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the players. In futsal, the determining factor in winning is scoring the most goals against the opponent, and one of the key factors in scoring goals is a highly accurate kick or shot towards the goal. Three kicking techniques are using the inside of the foot, the tip of the foot, and the instep. Based on observations during training on the field, the UNIPMA Men's Futsal Student Activity Unit (UKM) demonstrated a lack of shooting skills when using the instep. Based on the description, the researcher is interested in knowing how to shoot using the instep to achieve the right accuracy. The purpose of the study is to determine the shooting accuracy using the instep in the UNIPMA Men's Futsal UKM. This type of research is a descriptive research with a case study technique. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique, due to the criteria and sample limitations. The research sample consisted of 10 people from the UNIPMA Men's Futsal UKM. The test instrument used in this study used the Kinovea application software. Based on the results of this study, the average kick accuracy of UNIPMA Men's Futsal UKM players using the instep is included in the successful category with an average value of 2 Where the average kick at the support angle is 140.6 degrees, the average kick with the strongest foot angle is 75.5 degrees.
