Abstract

Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (I): Muh. Nur Luthfi Azis, S.Kom., M.Kom. (II): Yoga Prisma Yuda, S.Kom., M.Kom. The advancement of digital technology encourages businesses to adopt information systems to enhance service efficiency and quality. HELVIX, a shoe laundry business in Madiun City, still relies on manual processes for ordering, recording, and tracking laundry status, which results in data irregularities, service delays, and communication difficulties with customers. This research aims to design and develop a web-based management information system for shoe laundry services, featuring online ordering, real-time tracking, and digital payment via QRIS. The system was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The technology stack includes Laravel for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend, integrated with features such as pre-order, delivery order, and admin validation. Testing using Black Box showed that the system operates correctly and is well accepted by users. The implementation of this system at HELVIX significantly improves business process efficiency, service transparency, and customer satisfaction.
