Abstract
Mathematics learning outcomes are a meter or benchmark in determining the success of students' understanding of mathematical concepts. In second-grade mathematics learning, the indicator shows quarter fractions and names quarter fractions on whole objects divided into four equal parts, many students have not mastered it. This study aims to determine whether the SAVI learning model assisted by PAPINKA media is effective on second-grade students' learning outcomes. The subjects in this study adopted a quantitative approach with a time series research type using an Interrupted Time Series Design. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, with a sample size of 24 students. The research instrument consisted of a pre-test and post-test in mathematics for second-grade students. The results of data analysis showed a difference in second-grade students' learning outcomes before and after using the SAVI learning model assisted by PAPINKA media, with the average value increasing from 59.5 to 85.6. Hypothesis testing showed that the p-value <0.01 was 0.000 <0.01. Thus, the results of the study indicate that the SAVI learning model assisted by PAPINKA media is effective on second-grade students' learning outcomes.
