Prayoga Darma Wijaya. 2025. The Influence of the Problem Based Learning Model Assisted by Educandy Media on the Multiplication Calculation Ability of Grade III Students of SDN Krebet 02. Elementary School Teacher Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Pembimbing (I) Octariana Hidayatus Sholihah, S.Pd., M.Pd. (II) Dr. Lingga Nico Pradana, M.Pd. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model, supported by Educandy media, on the multiplication skills of third-grade students at SDN Krebet 02. The background of this study is the students' low mastery of the multiplication of whole numbers, particularly the multiplication of numbers above 5 to 10 and the multiplication of two-digit numbers by one-digit numbers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a time series experimental design. This research falls into the pre-experimental category. The research subjects were third-grade students at SDN Krebet 02. The instrument used was a multiplication calculation ability test. This study was conducted during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year at SDN Krebet 02. Statistical tests (normality tests and hypothesis tests) were used to analyze the research data. The results of the analysis were determined by an independent sample t-test using SPSS IBM 26. Based on the analysis, the mean post-test score was 86.43. The results of the hypothesis testing using an independent sample t-test yielded a significance level (2-tailed) <0.01 (0.000 <0.01). This indicates that the implementation of the PBL learning model with the assistance of Educandy media significantly improved students' multiplication calculation abilities. Students became more active, enthusiastic, and better able to solve multiplication problems after learning using a combination of the PBL model and Educandy media. Thus, the PBL learning model using Educandy media can be used as an innovative alternative to improve elementary school students' multiplication skills, particularly in the multiplication of whole numbers up to 100.
