Indra Diyan Ristiana, 2026. The Effect of Transformational Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, and Task Performance on Innovative Work Behavior among Employees of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Thesis. Management, Economics, and Business Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Madiun. Supervisor (I) Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M., CPSMM, Supervisor (II) Robby Sandhi Dessyarti, S.E., M.M. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of transformational leadership, knowledge sharing, and task performance on innovative work behavior among employees of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This quantitative study involved 384 respondents and was analyzed using the statistical application SPSS version 20. The results showed that transformational leadership and task performance had a significant positive effect on Innovative Work Behavior among Employees of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Meanwhile, Knowledge Sharing had a significant negative effect on Innovative Work Behavior among Employees of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
