Abstract

This studym aims to analyze the influence of individual factors, pyschological factors, and organizational factors on the performance of village office employees in Widodaren District. The research employed a quantitative approach invoning 108 village officials selected through purposive stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted using the satistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) , including validity and reliability tests of the research instruments,multiple linear regression analysis, and partial t-test to examine the effect of each indpendent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that individual factors have a positive and significant effect on employee performance , as evidenced by the calculated t-value being greater than the critical t-value and a significance level of less than 0.05 . Psychological factors also show a positive influence on employee performance ,reflected in work motivation,emotional stability,and job satisfaction .Furthermore ,organizational factors ,including work systems ,leadership ,organizational culture,and internal communication, are proven to have a positive impact on emlpoyee performance. In conclusion,the synergy beetwen individual,psychological,and organizational factors play a crucial role in creating a conducive work environment and enhancing the performance of village ifficials in Widodaren District.
