Abstract
ABSTRACT Gilang Rahmadhan Muji Nugroho, 2026. The Influence of Work Motivation, Career Development, and Work Environment on Job Loyalty (Case Study at PT. Pos Indonesia, Ngawi Branch Office) Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor I: Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S.E., M.M. Supervisor II: Rollis Ayu Ditasari, S.E., M.Ak. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the Influence of Work Motivation, Career Development and Work Environment on Job Loyalty (Case Study at PT. Pos Indonesia Ngawi Branch Office). This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses a test tool in the form of SmartSPSS 25 software. The results of the study prove that Work Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Job Loyalty (Y) Case Study at PT. Pos Indonesia Ngawi Branch Office, Career Development (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Job Loyalty (Y) Case Study at PT. Pos Indonesia Ngawi Branch Office, Work Environment (X2) does not have a significant influence on Job Loyalty (Y) Case Study at PT. Pos Indonesia Ngawi Branch Office.
