In an era of global competition, employee work effectiveness is a crucial factor for company success. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation, and work ethic towards employee work effectiveness at PT. Sarana Media Cemerlang. The background to this research was based on the inconsistencies in previous studies and the limitations of research within the context of internet service providers. The method used was a quantitative approach with a case study. The results of this study are expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the contribution of these three variables to increasing employee work effectiveness.
