Andria, Widyatmoko. 2025. Implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with Picture Card Media to Improve Science Learning Outcomes on Food Web Material for Grade VI Students of MI Kinandang. Thesis. On Grade 6 Students at MI Kinandang. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor 1: Fida Rahmantika, Hadi, S.Pd. Supervisor 2: Dr. Elly's Mersina Mursidik, M.Pd. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in science learning. The formulation of the problem is How to Implement the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with Picture Card Media to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Science Learning on Food Web Material for Grade VI Students of Kinandang?. The type of classroom action research (PTK) consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire on student activities, student skills and student learning outcomes. The learning outcomes of cycle 1 showed an increase in the previous percentage, namely 32%. The learning outcomes in cycle 2 of student learning increased from the previous 6 students to 14 students who achieved the completion criteria. From the criteria obtained, it showed that 82.35% of students completed learning with a score of ≥70. The results of cycle 2 were very high with a percentage of completion on the completion criteria of 82.35%. The conclusion obtained from the results of the study was that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Pictorial Media can improve student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle averaged 60.60 to 79.70 in cycle II. An increase also occurred in student learning completion results from 32% or 7 students in the pre-cycle to 82.45% or 14 students in cycle II. Keywords: Problem Based Learning: picture card media.
