Abstract
This study aimed to provide empirical evidence on the influence of Employer Attractiveness and Compensation towards Job Application Interests for Generation Z in Madiun City. This study used a quantitative research method. The results of this study prove: (1) Employer Attractiveness has a positive and significant effect towards Job Application Interests for Generation Z in Madiun City; (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect towards Job Application Interests for Generation Z in Madiun City.
