Abstract
The aim of this study was to provide empirical evidence of the influence of human resource competence towards employee performance, the influence of organizational culture towards employee performance, and the influence of management information systems towards employee performance at the Saradan District Office partially. The method in this study was quantitative descriptive. The sample of this study used the entire population, which was 32 employees of Saradan District. The sampling technique, namely probability sampling with saturated sampling type because the population was relatively small. The data used was primary data. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test (partial), and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive and significant effect towards employee performance. A positive organizational culture has a significant effect towards employee performance. The management information system also has a significant positive effect towards employee performance at the Saradan District Office.
