Abstract
The development of information technology can facilitate human activities in various sectors, including education, telecommunications, health and government. Digitalization is an important approach to providing efficient health services in dealing with the problem of queuing for clinical services. The queue calling system must be equipped with good equipment including a desktop PC, TV and sound system. The Santa Clara clinic service unit currently has 9 clinics and 1 waiting room. This study suggests that the development of a clinic service queue calling system with digital voice output and text for the names of patients, doctors and clinic rooms. In this research, it was found that the information system that has been used must be updated to make it easier for patients to get information about service queues in the clinic waiting room. One of the intended system developments is adding a patient service queue calling application. This application will display data such as patient queue number, patient name, clinic room, and serving doctor on the display screen in the clinic waiting room. The research approach that has been carried out chooses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which allows rapid system development. To run the application using the C# programming language, MySQL database, and Net framework 4.8. Hospital outpatient clinic. Santa Clara will use the results of this system development for clinic service queue callers.
