Analysis of the Validity of K-Pop Concert Ticket Buying and Selling Transactions with Service Price Charges by Third Parties Based on Article 1320 Bw (Case Study of Application X). Thesis. Program, Legal Studies, FH, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (I) Dr. Sulistya Eviningrum, S.H., M.H. (II) Bintang Ulya Kharisma, S.H., M.Kn. The K-Pop concert phenomenon opens up new opportunities, including buying and selling concert tickets, also involving third parties in these transactions. This research aims to explain the mechanism of buying and selling K-Pop concert tickets with service price charges in application X and the validity of analysis of K-Pop concert ticket buying and selling transactions with service price charges in application facts of events and relating them to applicable norms and regulations. The results of this research, first: that the mechanism for selling K-Pop concert tickets via @onlycsuyon_shop begins with the announcement of the seat plan via the official website, followed by a ticket war via the website, after which the tickets can be bought and sold at the cost of the service price to the customer. then make payment according to the instructions and include the purchase information on the proof of transfer when making payment, the admin will send the e-ticket barcode that was agreed upon from the start. Second: The validity of the transaction of selling K-Pop concert tickets through the X application by a third party with a @onlycsuyon_shop account is considered a valid electronic transaction as regulated in Article 1338 BW and Article 18 of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE.
