Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of students in implementation Adiwiyata program through environmental school activities at SDN Blabakan. In this case, the Adiwiyata program is very important in realizing it a school that loves the environment. The aim of the Adiwiyata program itself is: to foster students' love of the environment. This is very important Currently, there are many environmental problems which are mainly caused by man. By cultivating a sense of love for the environment, students will be more able to protect the environment. This research is a qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of interviews with informant viz. students, adiwiyata coordinator and school principal, observation and documentation. From the results of interviews, observations and documentation were obtained information that the research results show that SDN Blabaka sub-district Mejayan implements the Adiwiyata program, namely environmental education the good one. This is realized in four main components, namely environmentally friendly policies, implementation of environmentally friendly policies sustainability, inclusive environmental policies, management of supporting institutions environmentally friendly. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in this implementation of the program. However, various efforts have been made to overcome these obstacles.
