Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and interest in learning on the numeracy literacy abilities of students at SMAN 1 Jogorogo. The aim of this research is to find out whether IQ and interest in learning are factors that influence numeracy literacy abilities and how big their influence is. This research uses quantitative research with survey research methods. The sample in this research was 60 students. The instruments used were questionnaires and tests to collect respondent data and school documentation to obtain student IQ test score data. Data analysis used multiple linear analysis using SPSS version 29 for Windows software. The research results show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence between students' IQ and numeracy literacy abilities with an influence of 69.4%; 2) There is a positive and significant influence between interest in learning mathematics and numeracy literacy skills with an influence of 73.8%; 3) There is a positive and significant influence between students' IQ and interest in learning mathematics simultaneously on numeracy literacy skills with an influence of 79.3%.
