Abstract

This research based on problems in Indonesian lesson especially literary literacy, with the result that needed a modules which is integrated with technology. The purpose of this research are 1)to find out the conditions and needed for modules literary literacy at SDI Salsabila 2)to develop multimedia modules based guided inquiry for literary literacy. Types of this research is R&D and used the Addie development model which consists of 5 steps (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The sample and population in this research were 22 students of IV grade elementary school. Data collection techniques used; interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results of this research show that 1)there are problems with literary literacy, 2)the condition of the modules isn’t varied and integrated with technology, 3)needed learning media that can also be used for literary literacy. Therefore, the development of multimedia modules is following according the steps there are; analysis step (learning resources and problem analysis), design steps (instrument preparation and product design), development step (product development and validation), implementation step (trial test product), evaluation step (evaluating product). Based on the validation results from media experts was 77% and material experts was 85%, the results of combining scores from media and material expert validators were 81% in the "very well" category. Meanwhile, the student response score to the multimedia module was 84% in the "very well" category, and the teacher response score was 95% in the "very well" category. The conclusion of this research that the multimedia module is very suitable and valid to be used as learning media of Indonesian lesson and is able to facilitate students with literary literacy that can be used independently.
