Abstract
Janah AR, (2025) The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Work Performance Case Study at the Ariska Brem Madiun Company. Management Study Program, PGRI Madiun University, Supervisor (I) Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S.E., M.M (II) Metik Asmike, S.E., M.M. Keywords: Motivation, Employee Performance, Work Discipline The role of human resources (HR) in a company is a very crucial aspect, because the success of a company really depends on the quality and performance of its employees. This research was conducted at the Ariska Brem Madiun company. With a sample of 52 respondents, with a non-probability sampling technique. Research uses SPSS21. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at Ariska Brem Madiun with a tcount value of 11.897 which is greater than ttable 2.0076 and a Sig value. (0.000) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at Ariska Brem Madiun with a tcount value of 13.101 which is greater than ttable, 2.0076 and the Sig value. (0.000) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means the hypothesis is accepted. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at Ariska Brem Madiun with a tcount value of 3.379 which is greater than ttable 2.0076 and the Sig value. (0.001) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means the hypothesis is accepted
