Abstract
The Analysis of Factors Affecting Resignation Interests among Generation Z Employees in Madiun City. The aim of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of market risk and liquidity risk towards the financial performance of companies in Private Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The research sample was 170 observation samples. This study used a purposive sampling method (judgment sampling). The analysis method used in this study was testing instrument requirements, testing analysis requirements for factors using SPSS software version 27. The results of this study: The KMO value of 0.885 indicates that the data is sufficient for factor analysis. Bartlett's Test of Sphericity shows a Chi-Square value of 7239.503 with df 190 and a significance of 0.000, which means that the correlation between items is significant enough for factor analysis. All variables have MSA values above 0.50, which means all variables are adequate for factor analysis. The variable with the highest MSA value is Job security (X14) with a value of 0.852, while the variable with the lowest MSA value is Salary (X3) with a value of 0.562. Factor rotation shows that there are four significant factors, namely the first factor containing the variables Relationship, Career growth, and Career ladder, the second factor containing the variables Environment and Education, the third factor containing the variables Work Stress and Job insecurity, and the fourth factor containing the variables Reward and Job promotion. The screen plot of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) shows that only the first few factors are significant in explaining the total variance while the other factors contribute less.
