Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of Coworker Support and Supervisor Support on Job Satisfaction through Emotional Fatigue as an Intervening Variable (Study on Account Officers in Madiun City). This research uses Quantitative research methods. The population of this study were Account Officers of Bumn banks and private banks in Madiun City totaling 90 Account Officers through questionnaires. The research data collection technique uses Probability Sampling with the sampling method using saturated samples. This research data analysis method uses Path analysis using the SPSS 25 program. Data analysis was carried out using the Classical Assumption Test, Path Analysis Test, t test, and Sobel Test. The results of this study prove that 1) Coworker Support has a negative but insignificant effect on Emotional Fatigue of Account Officers. 2) Supervisor support has a negative and significant effect on Account Officers' Emotional Fatigue. 3) Emotional Fatigue has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Account Officers. 4) Coworker Support has no negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction with Emotional Fatigue as the Intervening Variable for Account Officers. 5) Supervisor Support has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with Emotional Fatigue as the Intervening Variable for Account Officers.
