Abstract

The Influence of Shared Leadership towards Team Performance Mediated by Trust among KSP Sendang Artha Mandiri Madiun Employees. This research is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Shared Leadership towards Team Performance mediated by trust in KSP Sendang Artha Mandiri Madiun employees. This type of research used a quantitative approach. The sample was taken from 130 KSP Sendang Artha Mandiri employees. The sampling method is using the probability sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research used a test tool in the form of SmartSPSS 25 software. The results of the research show that (1) Shared Leadership has a significantly positive effect towards Trust in KSP Sendang Artha Mandiri Employees; (2) Trust has a significantly positive effect towards Team Performance in KSP Sendang Artha Mandiri employees; (3) Shared Leadership has a positive effect towards Team Performance with Trust as a Mediating variable for KSP Sendang Artha Mandiri Employees.
