Abstract

ABSTRACT The Effect of Job Training and Work Experience towards Employee Performance through Employee Digital Skills Mastery at Samitech Store (Sami Jaya Electronic and Handphone Store Ponorogo). This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Training and Work Experience on Employee Performance Through Digital Skills Mastery at Samitech Store (Sami Jaya Electronic and Handphone Store, Ponorogo). The sample in this study was 122 employees. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling technique and simple random sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of this study are that job training, work experience, and digital skills mastery have a significant effect towards employee performance.
