Abstract

This study was to provide empirical evidence regarding the Influence of Career Development, Compensation, Motivation, and Work Environment towards Employee Loyalty (Case Study at PT. Rejo Agung Baru, Madiun City). This type of research was descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 147 respondents. The sampling method used the non-probability sampling. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The data analysis technique in this study used a test tool in the form of SmartSPSS 25 software. The results of the study prove that career development has a significant effect towards employee loyalty, compensation does not have a significant effect towards employee loyalty, motivation has a significant effect towards employee loyalty, and the work environment has a significant positive effect towards employee loyalty at PT. Rejo Agung Baru, Madiun City.
