Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of total quality management, performance measurement systems, and reward systems on managerial performance in PG. New Rejo Agung Madiun City. In this research, the independent variables are divided into 3 (two), namely total quality management (X1), performance measurement system (X2) and reward system (X3). Meanwhile, in this research, the dependent variable (Y) is managerial performance. This research uses primary data, and the sample is 246 PG employees. New Rejo Agung Madiun City. This research uses a questionnaire distribution. In the data analysis technique in this research, the classical assumption test is used, which is divided into 3 (three), namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Before carrying out the classical assumption test, first carry out a data instrument test which is divided into 2 (two), namely the validity and reliability tests, after that the hypothesis test is continued, divided into 4 (four), namely multiple liner regression, t test (partial test), f test (simultaneous test) and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research prove that the variables total quality management, performance measurement system, and reward system have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance in PG.
