Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of City Branding, Facilities, and Visitor Experience towards visitor loyalty at Alun-alun Ponorogo. The research method used was quantitative. The results of this study prove: (1) City Branding has a positive and significant effect towards visitor loyalty at Ponorogo Square; (2) Facilities have no effect and are not significant to visitor loyalty at Ponorogo Square; (3) Visitor Experience has a positive and significant effect towards visitor loyalty at Ponorogo Square; (4) Simultaneously City Branding, Facilities, and Visitor Experience have a positive and significant effect towards Visitor Loyalty at Ponorogo Square.
