Abstract

The application of interactive e-modules as a social science learning medium in class IV needs to be carried out on the object of this research, namely class IV students at SDN 01 Nambangan Lor Madiun, because there are obstacles faced in the scienceas learning process in the transition and adaptation period of the independent curriculum system. In this research, the author took the theme and objectives to analyze the effectiveness of implementing interactive e-modules and used them as learning media to increase students' understanding of science and science subjects at SDN 01 Nambangan Lor Madiun. The research approach used is quantitative Pre-Experimental with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research was carried out in one class which was the experimental group, namely before the intervention was carried out, a pre-test was carried out to measure the students' initial level of understanding and find out the initial situation before the treatment was given interactive e-module media and after that through a post-test. The technique used to test the hypothesis is the Paired Sample T-Test. The conclusion from the results of the analysis and discussion in this research is that through the application of e-module learning media through the Canva application for grade 4 students at SDN 01 Nambangan Lor Madiun, it can be effective in increasing students' understanding of the science and science subject photosynthesis. Based on the results of the t test, it was concluded that there was a significant and positive effect from implementing interactive e-module learning media.
