Improving Pantun Writing Skills Through the Concrete Experience Method with Visual Card Media for Fifth Grade Students of Kledokan Elementary School, Bendo District, Magetan Regency. Theses. Keywords: writing, rhymes, concrete experience and visual cards. This study aims to describe and explain (1) the application of learning to write children's rhymes through the concrete experience method with visual card media for fifth-grade students of Kledokan State Elementary School, Bendo District, Magetan Regency and (2) student learning outcomes in learning to write children's rhymes through the concrete experience method with visual card media for fifth-grade students of Kledokan State Elementary School, Bendo District, Magetan Regency. The Concrete Experience method isi implemented by providing students with real-life esperiences through observing, experiencing, and exploring visual cards as a source of inspiration before writing pantun. This experience helps students discover ideas, develop their imagination, and structure pantuns according to pantun writing rules. This study is a classroom action research using two cycles. The results of this study are (1) The application of the concrete experience method with visual card media was carried out well, this is known from the observation scores of activities carried out by teachers and students from cycle I to cycle II which increased. For teacher activity in cycle I, the final value obtained was 75 (moderate) and increased in cycle II to 90 (high) and student activity in cycle I, the final value obtained was 70 (moderate) and increased in cycle II, namely 87.5 (high), and (2) learning outcomes in learning to write children's rhymes through the concrete experience method with visual card media for class V students of Kledokan State Elementary School, Bendo District, Magetan Regency, increased after applying the concrete experience method with visual card media, which was indicated by the percentage of learning completion in each cycle. The percentage of student completion in cycle I was 50% (low) and increased significantly to 79.17% (very high) in cycle II. The average class value in cycle I was 71.67 (moderate) and increased to 76.25 (high) in cycle II.
