Abstract
Learning media is an important component in learning that functions to convey material, stimulate students, and encourage the learning process to achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this study is to develop Microsoft PowerPoint based interactive learning media on the Human Digestive System material and to determine the validity, practicality, and feasibility of the learning media for 4th grade students at SDN Tempuran 04 Ngawi Regency. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data were collected through expert validation (material, language, media) as well as teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome evaluations through interactive quizzes. The validity of the developed product is determined by the validation results from experts. The material expert validation test obtained a percentage of 71%, the language expert validation test obtained a percentage of 98%, and the cumulative expert validation test obtained a percentage of 85% with very valid criteria. The feasibility and practicality of the product were determined from the results of the 4th-grade teacher response questionnaire which obtained a percentage of 94% with very appropriate criteria, and the accumulated trials on students (individual, small group, and field trials) which obtained a percentage score of 94% with very appropriate criteria. The effectiveness of using the media was also proven empirically through the achievement of the class average score of students which reached 79 post-learning with the highest score of 93. Through the final accumulation calculation, the total feasibility score was 92.7%. Thus, this PowerPoint-based interactive learning media is valid, practical, and suitable for use in learning IPAS in elementary schools.
