Abstract

This study developed an Online SPA Reservation System for Kids based on a website for Sultan Kids & Baby SPA to help with the service reservation process, which was previously done through WhatsApp and manual recording. The system was developed using Extreme Programming (XP) with stages of planning, design, coding, testing, and release, and implemented using Laravel 11, Vue.js, and MySQL. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to ensure the system's functionality and ease of use. The results showed that the system helps manage reservations and customer data more systematically. Based on the testing results, all system functions run well and received a SUS score of 70.5, which falls into the Good and Acceptable category, making the system suitable for supporting reservation services at Sultan Kids & Baby SPA.
