Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of FOMO, store atmosphere, and service quality towards consumer purchase intention at Hyang The Local Finest Madiun. The background of this research is based on the growing trend of people visiting coffee shops not only for consumption but also as part of a lifestyle — places to relax and socialize. Hyang The Local Finest Madiun has become one of the popular destinations, especially among the younger generation, by leveraging social media-based marketing strategies, aesthetic interior design, and friendly, responsive service. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who were customers of Hyang The Local Finest. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each variable on purchase intention. The results show that FOMO, store atmosphere, and service quality have a positive and significant effect towards purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. The implications of this study highlight the importance of emotional and social experiences in shaping consumer behavior, especially in coffee shop settings that emphasize comfort, visual appeal, and social interaction. These findings offer strategic insights for culinary business players to enhance attractiveness, improve service quality, and optimize social media promotions to increase consumer purchase intention.
