Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and career planning towards work readiness among fresh graduates in Madiun City. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 384 respondents, fresh graduates from various universities in Madiun City. Data processing and analysis were performed using SPSS software. Statistical tests used in this study included validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The analysis was conducted to determine the partial effect of each variable on work readiness. The results of this study conclude that self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and career planning have a positive and significant partial effect towards work readiness.
