Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of parents, self-efficacy, career interest, and gender towards Gen-Z career choices in Madiun City. The research approach used was quantitative. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Gen-Z respondents aged 19-30 years. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 385 people. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25. The results show that parental influence and self-efficacy has a significant negative effect towards Gen-Z career choices in Madiun City. Meanwhile, career interest and gender had a significant positive effect towards Gen-Z career choices in Madiun City.
